1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are in Euro (€) and may change without notice.
We accept payments via [Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe…].
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., beats, sound kits, templates) are delivered immediately after payment.
All digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Purchasing a beat grants the buyer a license to use the product, but does not transfer copyright ownership.

3. Physical Products

Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Digital products and custom items are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to the license and terms of use.

• Purchased digital products may be used for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the license.

• Redistribution, resale, or modification without authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

GNS Beats is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time.
Continued purchases imply acceptance of any changes.
